A booking is confirmed once you receive written or verbal confirmation from us.

3. Payments

Payments can be made by:

• Invoice (for business clients)

All payments must be completed before or immediately after service unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations

• Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee.

• Same‑day cancellations are charged at full rate.

• If we arrive and cannot access the property or collection point, the full fee applies.

 

5. Courier & Transport Terms

• We do not transport hazardous, illegal, or prohibited items.

• Goods in transit are covered under our insurance.

• Delivery times may vary due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

 

6. Cleaning Service Terms

• Customers must ensure access to the property.

• We do not move heavy furniture unless agreed.

• If additional work is required, we will inform you before proceeding.

• Satisfaction Guarantee: If something is missed, we will return to fix it.

 

7. Liability
